We act as the sole owner and licensee of all matrix source code, architectural geometry, and cinematic documentation. No fraction of the Digital Atelier may be replicated or deployed for commercial extraction without express written authorization from the Principal Alchemist.

The Principal Alchemist retains unilateral authority to reject or reverse any volumetric allocation. Should a proposed spatial deployment threaten the biological integrity or structural intent of the elemental palette, Teak’al will decline the mandate to preserve the tectonic baseline.

Every architectural volume is tethered to a verified tectonic origin. We maintain an unbroken, documented chain of custody from the point of biological extraction in the Southeast Asian matrix to final deployment in your biological volume. Due to the biological reality of Grade-A heartwood, variations in grain trajectory and textural depth are inherent—serving as undeniable proof of origin and authenticity.

To preserve transit integrity and eradicate logistical friction, comprehensive biological engineering mandates demand a minimum spatial volume (calibrated to a standard 20-foot logistical matrix). 06. Financial Protocols

Complete financial clearance is mandated prior to initiating the artisan cycle. We utilize verified, encrypted conduits. Terminal tectonic allocations are entirely irreversible once raw material extraction commences.

07. Global Deployment & Force Majeure

Deployment timelines are projected estimates. Teak’al absorbs no liability for friction in the global transit matrix induced by terminal customs delays or geopolitical events. In scenarios of severe structural disruption, priority re-allocation is executed in the subsequent transit cycle.

08. Terminal Allocations & Protocol Reversal

All volumetric allocations are terminal. We permit a strict 72-hour window for protocol reversal. Beyond this threshold, physical execution is irreversible. Recovery is strictly limited to instances of catastrophic structural failure, verified by the deployment crew upon terminal transit arrival.

09. Structural Warranty & Liability

A 12-month tectonic integrity protocol is guaranteed upon terminal deployment. This mandate explicitly excludes the natural environmental maturation (patina) of the biological baseline and voids immediately upon any unauthorized third-party modifications to the volume. In the event of verified structural failure, maximum liability is strictly capped at the direct financial value of the compromised allocation. Teak’al absorbs no liability for secondary environmental or terrestrial damages.

10. Governing Law & Arbitration

All legal architecture is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Parties agree to a 30-day informal alignment period prior to initiating binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
