Given the biological and engineered realities of our architectural volumes, all allocations are absolute. We do not engage in standard retail reversals. Exceptions are strictly limited to instances of verified, catastrophic structural compromise during global transit.

The Arrival Protocol:

• The Structural Audit: Upon terrestrial deployment, the visionary or their authorized estate liaison must execute a structural clearance, confirming the volume has arrived with unyielding integrity.
• Compromise Documentation: If transit friction has compromised the volume, the deployment crew will immediately document the fracture points. The Lab will orchestrate the secure extraction of the compromised anchor.
• Single-Cycle Reallocation: Once retrieved, The Lab will authorize a one-time reallocation. This triggers a completely new extraction cycle subject to standard engineering timelines. The replacement dossier is flagged internally for escalated structural oversight.
• Terminal Resolution: In the highly improbable event that the secondary allocation also arrives compromised due to severe logistical failure, we will execute a full capital reversal and recover the tectonic mass entirely.

The 72-Hour Retraction Window

Because our biological anchors are engineered to exact biological and volumetric specifications, we enforce a strict 72-hour retraction window from the moment of allocation execution. If an architectural pivot is required, you must trigger a protocol reversal within this exact mathematical timeframe.

Once this 72-hour threshold is breached, the extraction sequence is irrevocably locked. Retractions are no longer mathematically or operationally possible. At this precise stage, the directive transitions from the Digital Atelier directly to the tectonic source in Bali, where the physical extraction of your Grade-A heartwood and elemental matrix commences.

Estate Readiness & Structural Holding

We recognize that volume-scale engineering is subject to shifting construction timelines. Upon structural completion, Teak’al integrates a 30-day atmospherically controlled holding protocol at our distribution hub. Extended structural holding beyond this period can be engineered via a specialized dispatch retainer.
